STEP 1 – CONSULTATION
Here’s where we develop your renter profile: your must-haves and your wish list, your target monthly rental fee, and your desired move-in date. This forms the framework for selecting the listings to consider. And it’s here where open communication, untiring energy, and endless enthusiasm kick right in.
STEP 2 – DEVELOPING YOUR PROSPECTIVE LISTINGS
We reconcile all your criteria with the listings that are currently and soon to be available. Together, we narrow down your list and determine which are worth touring.
Your time is precious. We want you to be ultra-efficient with your time and see as many rental properties as possible, on the same day. Our team sets up all viewing appointments and we’ll map them out to minimize travel between appointments. We always accompany our clients on viewings and listen carefully to your feedback. When needed, we’ll follow up promptly with the listing agent to address any of your questions or concerns.
STEP 3 – THAT’S THE ONE!
Renters generally have a firm idea of when they want to move in, and rental stock literally changes from moment to moment. As soon as you find a rental that you want, we’ll need to move fast. WLT will guide you on signing the rental agreement and putting down a deposit. If board approval is needed, we will expedite getting the packet requirements submitted.
